Chapter 76: I’m Not Interested In You
Daniel looked at her sharply. His silk shirt added to his refined appearance.
"I've never seen a medical lab this big before, so I got curious. Sorry for the intrusion, Mr. Wilson." Chantelle stared back at him and quickly regained her composure, talking in a calm tone.
"Are you sure, Ms. Chantelle?" Daniel's tone made it clear he didn't believe her.
"What? Mr. Wilson, do you really care about my curiosity now? I may have barged in, but it's not like you were exposed, so why are you making a big deal out of it?"
Daniel smirked, narrowing his eyes. "Well, I wouldn't mind sticking around if you're willing..."
"I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in you, Mr. Wilson. So next time, please don't spread nonsense to the media."
Chantelle intentionally shifted the conversation, bringing up the trending rumors to confront him directly.
Every time Chantelle saw Daniel now, she couldn't help but recall the moment he shamelessly told the media he was pursuing her.
"It's nothing, so there's no need to thank me, Ms. Chantelle," Daniel said smoothly. "After all, if a beautiful woman like you is falsely accused of being a mistress, who could just stand by and do nothing?"
He happily watched her gloomy expression and purposely acted as if he was being noble.
Chantelle barely held back a scoff. Is this guy out of his mind? He's definitely not normal.
