The more he spoke, the more convinced he felt that he had done the right thing by driving that woman out.
Thinking this was his chance to gain favor, Roman quickly walked over.
"I've already kicked that vicious woman out, along with Kate. Mr. Wilson, you must believe me. Rai is my grandson. I would never harm him, and neither would the Bently family!"
"You just said Mrs. Bently didn't give birth to Chantelle. But aren't Chantelle and Kate twins?"
Daniel was stunned by that revelation.
"We only said Chantelle and Kate were fraternal twins because they looked so much alike. Kate was weak as a child and couldn't move around much. Luckily, she had Chantelle to keep her company..."
Roman hadn't expected Daniel to ask about this. He hesitated before answering.
He couldn't shake the feeling that Daniel cared more about Chantelle than Kate.
