EP 16 - House of 20 Bodies(6)
That evening, when the bandits' bodies were displayed in the streets, I brought Sieri into my room. Since she commuted to and from the church from my quarters, she stayed in my room at night in comfortable attire. Through her thin pajamas, I could feel the softness of her skin.
Sieri was dressed in pajamas that children would wear. Her shorts ended just above her knees, and the top, with little floral details, highlighted her innocence even more. As soon as she entered the room, I locked the door and embraced her tightly. Flustered, Sieri squirmed and her face turned red.
“M-My Lord?”
“Sieri, today was a really tough day. I witnessed the true face of those merciless bandits and had to take drastic measures to protect our villagers from their harm. Walking the line between a lord and a man of faith has been especially hard today.”
Hearing my words, Sieri gradually stopped resisting. Embracing her from behind, I relished the feel of her slender shoulders and waist. She felt as delicate as a doll.
She awkwardly reached out to comfort me, stretching her arms around me in a soft embrace, filling the air with a sweet scent. I could feel my lower body throb, so I leaned back slightly.
“My Lord, you can lean on me whenever you need….”
