Chapter 81
Ningguang smiled at Jade's enthusiasm.
"That's good to hear. Tomorrow is the main day of the Lantern Festival. You two should take a stroll—there will be plenty of exciting things to see and do."
Jade nodded with a smile.
At that moment, Topaz suddenly spoke up. "Ningguang, Jade and I are planning to set up a small stall tomorrow to sell some items. We were told we need a permit from you. Could you grant us one?"
Ningguang considered for a moment. "That's not a problem, but you can't sell anything dangerous."
Topaz waved a hand dismissively. "Of course not. Jade and I are setting up a pitch-pot stall—we want to see if we can earn some Stellar Jade."
Ningguang pondered this. Most of Liyue's raw Stellar Jade had already been claimed by "Lord Rock." The few pieces still circulating were likely in private collections or had already been acquired by her.
Setting up a stall was harmless enough, though. "Alright, no problem. I'll have your permit ready soon."
Topaz grinned. "Thanks, Ningguang!"
Ningguang gestured toward the ship's interior. "Please, come in and have a seat. Many guests have yet to arrive."
Topaz and Jade entered the treasure ship and found a seat in the first-floor lobby to rest.
