Then, she turned to Nahida.

"What about you? Second-generation Dendro Archon, tell me—how did you end up imprisoned by mortals?"

Nahida widened her eyes. "I'm not worthy of being a god yet."

Asmodeus's eyes narrowed. "Huh? Not worthy? Who told you that?"

Asmodeus leaned back, thinking. "Alright, how about this? You stay with me for a while. I'll teach you how to be a god."
