Chapter 898 - 896 A day to remember
The sounds of a whip cracking and a terrorized boy screaming his lungs as the whip hit either side of the road. Of course, if Bella truly wanted to punish the boy she would have just beaten him black and blue.
Instead, she chose to chase him like a lioness toying with a rat. The cracking of the whip already made the boy cry. The sound of it hitting the ground instead of him made him wonder how he was even alive currently.
"I never want a woman or women who do this kind of crazy chase!" The boy screamed internally.
To the onlookers, this was just a simple lover's quarrel. This was a boy being taught manners and how to approach people, mainly women.
The men smiled, while the women laughed. This caused the boy to feel broken on the inside. He knew no one would come to save him. Until he heard a voice.
"My son, what are you doing screaming your lungs out?" A burly man came around a corner.
The boy shot forward. He cried like he had never cried before. The father looked at the two women. Even he could tell that someone owned this two women from the deep hatred in their eyes for the boy.
"My boy listen up." The boy looked up to his father. "There are times in life when you will make mistakes. Look into their eyes whom you made a mistake with."
The boy did just that.
