"Water Rises and Falls, for the water within my enemies will rise but my wrath will fall." I continued to speak the words from my dream.
It felt too real. The formation was actually simple and the technique I felt was too powerful.
No matter how much I thought about, there was no way to actually figure out how I learned the technique. Thankfully, being here in the Soul Temple gave me the weirdest idea to ask a certain lady whom I do not like but have to because of Rex.
