Chapter 595 - 593 Precious is the meaning
"Someone or something will always be precious to everyone. Even the most righteous solo man or woman will have a precious being that they want to protect and keep around. At least he can find peace in allowing them to go." Rex told her.
War God felt the saying was indeed true. She hoped that would allow him to freely allow them to go instead of being forced to stay.
"What happens when he doesn't want them to leave?" War God asked.
"Depends on them." Rex answered truthfully.
If he was holding them hostage, Rex was willing to slaughter the Maintainer. If all of them had decided to stay and he was trying to protect them, Rex would abide by their decision.
"I have a feeling that they do not want to stay." War God stated.
Rex held her in his arms has they gently walked up the spiral walk way. When they arrived, a maid was being abused. This maid was the one who tried to seduce Rex. He knew that this was not his place to help her or damage her more. Instead, he walked over.
"Did she repent of her behavior?" Rex asked the beater.
