Chapter 530 - 528 Departure from Rex pt 1
As the group advanced towards the splitting point. The Queen noticed how her daughter just naturally fell in love with Rex.
"Must be good to have a heart that accepts what absolutely need." The Queen thought.
As the group finally came to a stopping point, tents were placed around the Queen's and Princess's tent and also Rex's. The Queen and Princess would normally share the same tent.
Tonight for whatever reason, Rex got told to lower his tent once night fell. So he did, he got to sleep with the Queen and Princess. The guards were not upset in the least with that. In fact, they were actually proud to have him in that tent.
The Queen looked at Rex with joyful eyes. The Princess had even excitement about sleeping with the man in her dreams.
"It is okay darling, we know that our daughter will only become a Concubine at best. So please, make sure to add her to your wonderful list of women." The Queen spoke.
The Princess knew this already and wanted to expand on it, "It does suck that we know that. However, we do need to make sure that I do have a chance to travel the Realms with a man who not only allows me to grow strong but stay by his side even as a Concubine."
Rex was thinking that was a position too low for a Royal Princess. He did not know how to give her a better rank.
"Let me get this straight. You only want to be a Concubine with me. You can have any man in the world where you lead the Nine Realms. So why me?" Rex asked.
The Princess and the Queen decided to explain what their marriage truly means.
"We have three things that we decided would finalize my marriage when I was young." The Princess started.
"First, she would accept the man who treated her well. You have not only treated her well but also helped her achieve the goal of taking out the bandits that she wanted to take out." The Queen replied.
