Chapter 406 - 405 Angering the wrong opponent (R-18 gore and blood)
As Rex finished the Monster Gate, another throne and table became present to him. On the table was glass of wine. This was different from the Demon Gate.
There he had to wait for it to be brought out to him. Here, it was already placed in front. Rex guessed it was because how stupid some monsters could be and this was a deter to keep them away from it.
As Rex glanced into the wine. He saw the Soul of Fenggo. This gave him a slight relief because he could tell that was actually her Soul. He was not truly ready to show off all of his prowess in the gates.
A purple eye opened above Fenggo's Soul. Rex was angered at the sight of it. Text appeared below Fenggo's Soul.
"Does the woman whose Soul is here wish for an immediate True Death or wait for the man who is slowly taking his time in clearing the gates to appear?" The text said.
Immediately, Rex darted out of the room. Nothing stopped him. His eyes burned with wrath and hellfire. He no longer cared about holding back. He was going to avenge Fenggo for the treatment she was clearly getting.
"Seems like your man was angered by what he saw. Does that surprise you?" A new text appeared.
When looking above the text, Fenggo saw, "Make your man love you in order to destroy this place."
Fenggo smiled and said, "Since he was angered by what he saw. This was clearly not the text that he saw. Whatever text you gave was different. Of course, you would have angered him with it." Fenggo laughed sarcastically afterwards.
