Chapter 262 - 261 Late night snacking
The group did nothing but sleep the next day due to all the partying that was done the night before. Rex woke up close to mid-afternoon.
He silently slipped out of the bed. He had to go get something to drink. He was completely dehydrated. Upon arriving at the bar, Rex was immediately handed a glass of water. Rex made sure to use his Water Qi to purify the water. He instantly drank four glasses before slowly chewing on the leg of a large animal.
It was surprisingly juicy and tender to Rex's taste. He tossed the bone outside when he was finished.
He climbed back into bed. He snuggled himself between Iris and Liz. Lilith was beside Liz. Rex went back to sleep.
Once the moon was high in the air. Lilith finally woke up. She was still exhausted from all the partying that happened the night before. She saw Rex between Iris and Liz. She gently kissed his forehead and went to get something to eat because she felt starved.
Upon entering the front area, a glass of water and a leg of a large animal was handed to Lilith. If one looked close enough, the leg that Rex had was the front left. While Lilith's leg would have been the front right.
She ate her leg and drank ten glasses of water. On her way back to the room, she tossed her bone outside. It made a strange noise when it landed outside. Lilith went and saw another leg bone outside the same spot that she tossed hers.
She frowned but did not think too much about it. She snuggled against Iris since she had snuggled against Liz.
Within minutes of Lilith falling asleep, Iris woke up. She climbed out of bed. She was trembling with happiness. Rex had slept next to her.
