Chapter 142 - 142 The sound of War drums
Rex continued to sleep. He could feel something amazing happening. For some odd reason, he could not wake up.
Eventually, the amazing ended. He felt warmth. The only thing he could describe it was someone else wrapping themselves around him.
That too soon ended. He felt relaxed but at the same time lonely. He wanted the warmth that he had felt. He barely could wake himself up.
When he looked around, no one was beside him. He soundly went back to sleep. During the night, he heard a sound. The sound was familiar to him. When he realized it, it was the War Drums playing.
He quickly jumped out of bed. He looked outside the window by shattering the protection barrier.
He saw an army outside of Lilith's mansion. He opened the window and equipped the Soul Art Axe Thunder Axe. He focused on the lightning part of the axe. He found a technique that could land him directly on the battlefield.
"Time to go." Rex equipped some clothing due to a breeze blowing.
A shot of lightning landed on the battlefield.
At Dusk
The Head Maid focused her sight on the horizon. She saw an army coming.
"Hades, Apollo, Zeus Ready the Army." The Head Maid shouted.
