Chapter 242: CH: 239 Angry Sif

{Chapter: 239 Angry Sif}

Sif's eyes widened in disbelief as her gaze locked onto the unexpected figure standing before her. Her breath hitched, but she didn't scream—battle-hardened as she was, she forced herself to remain calm despite the shock.

"You..." she hissed, eyes narrowing as she stepped back. "How did you end up in Asgard?"

Without waiting for an answer, she struck him—hard. Her palms hit William's chest with a thunderous thud, but he simply grinned, catching her wrists with swift precision. He pivoted and gently pushed her back, pinning her hands to the bed with a strength that left no room for resistance.

"Save your strength, warrior princess," William murmured, his voice low and smug. "Struggling is pointless—you've already lost."

Sif's body tensed beneath him, her silver armor glinting under the soft light of the chamber. Her eyes burned with a mixture of fury and embarrassment. "Damn you—how did you get into Asgard? Speak!"

William's expression curled into a knowing smirk. "Well, that's your doing, isn't it? You brought me back."

Sif blinked, stunned. "That's impossible. I would never—"

"Think back," he interrupted smoothly. "Your sword. Ring any bells?"

Her eyes darted to the bedside, searching for her trusted weapon—but it was gone. Her heart skipped a beat.

"You... You transformed into the sword?" Her voice dropped to a whisper, as realization dawned.
