Several people were walking on a bridge.

Jill looked at the cameras on the bridge and said in a dissatisfied tone, "Is this some kind of game to him, where he's watching everything we do through these cameras?"

"We're already in a game," William said with a smile. "The game field is where we are, the story is the outbreak, and Alice and the rest have been designated as the game characters."

"So, who is the player?" Alice glanced at William.

William smiled. "There are many players, such as those from the Umbrella Corporation, since they're the ones enjoying this game. But the biggest player of them all would be me."

"It makes sense, William. It seems like you usually treat this hunting as a game," Alice said with a light smile.

William smiled and said, "That is indeed true. Wow, Alice, you saw right through me. Man, I'm really a simple guy, just like an open book."

"Man, I haven't watched many dramas, but you could really become an actor with your skills," Jill said sarcastically.

Alice's face changed as she looked down at the bridge. "There's something over there."

"What? Where?" Jill looked around but saw nothing.
