Peggy looked at William. "Why would you agree to let Steve go? A woman's life and death won't make you change your decision. Why did you compromise like that? From the start, you did what you wanted to do without considering others."
"Ah, Peggy, you really know me well. Because Steve is still useful to me, I let him go," William said with a smile. Steve's role is naturally to attack the Hydra directly.
"You bastard," Peggy screamed.
"William, hahaha," Schmidt laughed and walked over with Zola. "You did a good job, very well done. I didn't choose the wrong person."

"You are Schmidt," Peggy looked at Schmidt coldly.
"Yes, and it seems that your relationship with William is not an ordinary one," Schmidt smiled.

Thanks to your cunning and contributions, we have sidestepped what could have been a significant loss. More importantly, we are on the cusp of finally casting off Hitler's shadow for good. Such an achievement deserves recognition, so I will personally host a grand celebration in your honor."
