The torpedo was fired. The bombing was spectacular, but it was of no use. After all, it didn't hit—it just struck the sea behind the Hydra cruiser.
"What the heck? How is this possible? Why didn't my attack sink their ship? Go on, keep attacking! Sink it!" The captain of the Allies' ship cursed aboard their cruiser.
"Captain, another of their missiles is coming this way," said a sailor.
"Then what are you doing standing still? Are you waiting to be hit? Move, hurry up, and move the damn ship!" the captain yelled.
"Yes, sir."
The Allies' cruiser moved sideways, avoiding the missile attack.
"Hohh," everyone breathed a sigh of relief as they narrowly avoided being hit.
"Captain, another one is coming!" a sailor yelled.
"Those bastards! Was the first one just a distraction? Hurry up and dodge it!"
"It's too late. The other party has calculated that we would avoid going in this direction, so the second one I—"
