As the artificially circulating wind brushed past my neck and still-damp hair, a pleasant coolness lingered.
I was walking alone in the park as always, but a sense of contentment filled me. I didn’t have much to do, but I entered the central control room to check for any updates, as if heading to work. With no residents and all dangerous matters resolved, this was purely a formality. But without such routines, life would inevitably become sluggish.
