Reviewing the past, sometimes you can discover many overlooked details.

Initially, a few people did not gather together but cooperated through tacit understanding; the transmission of messages was also somewhat delayed, so everyone might have intentionally or unintentionally overlooked something.

But today, when everyone really gathered together and once again spoke about the original plan, they found that many things did not completely match up.
