Amongst these worlds, based on different classifications, any world that could be classified as second-class would have at least one True Immortal level existence.

In such worlds, the top powers, much like the Great Ancient Emperors of Class B World No.1, may have their various inadequacies, but without a doubt, they can exhibit combat strength that surpasses ordinary supreme strong beings, standing at the level of True Immortals.
