His father's head knocked back. A red mist sprayed from the blow.
Soon, his body followed. His weight crashed onto the floor and life in the next moment vanished from his face. Blood spurted out of his right eye, seeping out beneath him into a puddle of red.
Adam gulped. He stood in shock with the torn hem of his dad's shirt in his hands.
Dead. He was dead.
