Since these zombies are just dead bodies then surely at one time these dead bodies must have been alive at some point
Considering that these all dead bodies aren't that old even though some are old but most of the dead bodies are younger similar to Yoriichi Or Robin, meaning they should have been killed by someone or something
And since this person's devil fruit power mainly works on bodies that are dead then surely that person somehow found dead bodies which is rather unbelievable since finding these many dead bodies looks like a near-impossible task
Or that devil fruit might have killed these people to build an army of undead which seems more believable since there should be a reason why that devil fruit user is hiding on this huge ship
Robin already expected that they might not be the only people who found this place, there definitely should more people before them who come here
Unfortunately, none of them can return as they become victims of this devil fruit user who killed them and those people's dead bodies into his or her army
Robin now understands why there are rumours about nobody returning from Florian Triangle in past as they were all killed in this place
