The two blinked at the pop up and shook their heads at the range and depth that the Gamer seemed to deal in. Naruto checked the skill and discovered it was a skill unlocked when Sarutobi had reached a Leadership stat of 50. It made the user's subordinates more likely to follow orders, and faster, as well as being able to enforce obedience on neutral, allied or friendly characters within line of sight with LD of less than the bearers own.
