"We have to take them alive, you idiot!" Abare said as he appeared and tried to cut Naruto's arm off with his own weapon, an extra-large kunai that was more of a sword than a kunai.
"Screw that. He killed Shioizumi." Miyanaga said in a monotone, "I'm going to kill him and take his girlfriend as my bitch."
Naruto actually snarled at this. Tenten...got physical.
She lashed out with her staff and separated the staff into three sections linked by thin, but strong chains. She whacked Abare across the head, drew the staff back and grabbed the two outer sections before delivering a punishing barrage of hits with the metal-capped ends on Miyanaga's abdomen.
