Chapter 79: Dragon
The initial yelp quickly grew into a loud cheer.
"Dragon? How is it here? Why is it so fat?" Mia asked in surprise, standing up.
She was just as excited upon seeing the dragon.
It was a mystical creature for a reason, but no matter from what angle she observed it, the dragon seemed far too cute compared to the terrifying beasts she was used to seeing in fiction.
"It is a boy," Noa corrected.
He felt a bond with this dragon—one he couldn’t just explain with words.
Mia noticed his serious expression and coughed.
She studied the little creature again.
He had big round eyes and a smiley face that looked quite ridiculous for the beast of its station.
Instead of a strong jaw and sharp eyes, the dragon looked too soft, and those red, toothless gums didn’t help either.
The most concerning yet funny thing was the big belly.
