It had been five minutes since the goddess returned to her slumber.
Xavier sat in silence. He was given a goal to complete. A purpose of his life. He wasn’t gaining anything by not following it, but he was surely losing everything by it.
He was supposedly a God. He was forced to be one.
An existence that everyone should fear.
A strong and powerful being.
That’s who Xavier was supposed to be.
A God. But currently, he was just a baby god who still hadn’t learned to take his first steps.

The door opened and Lilia peeked in. "Can I come in?"
After receiving no response, she walked in and saw Xavier sitting in front of the goddess’ fragment with his eyes closed.
He was naked. But at that moment, he looked serene.
