For some weird reason, Li Qiang got a text message from Xin Yan, telling him that she was going to be attending the prom.
Li Qiang did not see this message until the next day. He rushed to call Xin Yan who told him she had changed her mind.
Li Qiang tried to convince her to switch partners, but she was adamant on having him as her partner, Li Qiang was confused about this.
"Why are you bent on having me as your partner? I suggested having my friend be your partner, but you rejected the offer, I would rather not be your partner," Li Qiang was just as stubborn as Xin Yan.
"You don’t need to say anything, I have decided I want to be your partner for tonight’s prom, alright, get prepared for the prom," Xin Yan smiled as she patted Li Qiang’s chest, before she walked away.
Li Qiang watched her leave, and he felt that she was different. He had related with Xin Yan a couple of times, but this was the first time he felt that he did not know her.
This caused a considerable misunderstanding. Despite Li Qiang’s insistence, Xin Yan still forced him to dance with her.
While they were dancing, Song Chang walked into the hall. His face burned severely as he watched the two dance. He did not bother to ask what had happened as he walked out of the hall, his face wet with tears.
