Chapter 22: Secrets
The couple were presently in the bridal chamber and if course they weren’t alone. Though the females wanted to play a bit, they dared not, so they could only stand aside with an helpless look on their faces.
Tang Mo, Xin Yi, Gao Yang, Chen Wenling, Zhou Mian and even Cheng Luiying were present in the room.
Even though the room was large, it still felt cramped with the amount of people present in the room.
"The wedding banquet is holding downstairs, why are you guys here?" Li Qiang felt dizzy just by looking at the people present in the room.
"I’m here to protect my sister, who knows if you might do something bad to her," Xin Yi spoke as though he could already foresee Li Qiang messing with Xin Yan.
"Do you think I will hurt your sister, my wife?" Li Qiang had a terrible expression on his face as he glared at the person who didn’t know what’s good for him.
Xin Yi’s expression changed on hearing Li Qiang call Xin Yan his wife. He was about to flare up but seeing his sister looking so sleepy, he suppressed his anger and walked out.
"Damn, you actually made that big buddha get mad, aren’t you afraid of facing challenges in your marriage?" Tang Mo directed a teasing smile towards Li Qiang.
"Get out," he pointed to the door in anger.
"Let’s leave," Tang Mo took the lead and they all left.
"You don’t need to lose your temper with them," Xin Yan muttered from the side of the bed.
