The next morning, Xin Yan jumped from the bed in fright. She touched her cheeks as she sighed.
"It really wasn't a dream," she said loudly as she patted her cheeks. It really was good to be alive.
"Ah, right!" She pursed her lips slightly.
'I'm going to be getting married, and that too, to Li Qiang,' she looked up to the ceiling as she mused to herself.
'It's not that bad to be married to him, he can actually provide me with a sense of security and those foolish shareholders would be willing to lower their heads,' she had a bright look in her eyes as she thought about it.
'Well it's settled, I will get married to him, I will have so much to gain just by taking up his family's name,' she continued in a trance as she looked towards a particular spot.
"Yanyan, what are you daydreaming about? I have been in your room for a while but you didn't even hear me," she heard nanny Zhong's voice which jolted her out of her thoughts.
"I'm sorry nanny, I was just thinking about major issues," Xin Yan replied with a slight smile.
"Your grandparents called, they informed me of your marriage with the heir of the Lis," nanny Zhong folded her arms as she watched the little girl who had grown under her watch.
"Yes nanny, I think it's high time I got married, don't you think nanny?" She tilted her head as she gave a sweet smile.
"Hmm, you are right, it's even more good you are getting married heir of the Lis, I have met the young man, he's very nice, treat him nicely okay?" Nanny Zhong warned leaving Xin Yan speechless.
