Chapter 95: Inspection
Tu Hengsha had been thinking about her recording device and the few people in the room, staying by the door, unable to leave. It wasn’t until she heard a few men whispering in the corridor that she recognized what sounded like the voice of the Liuxia Village head among them. She estimated that these people passed by her room door, prompting her to open the door slightly and peek out. These two were still in the room. How was she supposed to retrieve her recording device? She couldn’t disguise herself as a staff member again to serve them; they had put up a Do Not Disturb sign and hadn’t made any requests. The only chance was to clean the room the next morning.
As she was contemplating, her phone suddenly vibrated.
It gave her a fright! On the screen was a video call invitation from Ronggui! Mr. Su, with his cold green grass aura, always had a chilly demeanor and talked to her as if lending her ten thousand bucks with his cold indifference. He had actually video called her?
She answered, trembling nervously.
Why was she trembling? She was scared! Terrified that it would be an unknown entity on the other end...
After all, this was completely out of character for Mr. Su...
And sure enough, his face appeared on the screen!
"Mr. Su, Mr. Su..." she stuttered in fright. It was more horrifying than when she sneaked in to plant the recording device!
