God had created the Path.

What did it truly mean?

Sofia, curious about everything in the world, filled with a desire for exploration, and smart and sharp enough, understood the significance of the Path that God had crafted when Angel Schiller’s words reached her ears.

It was a road that led to the stars, to the Divine, created by the supreme Creator, which even mortals with their feet on the ground could use to step onto the starry sky.

And the Gods could climb to higher ranks through these paths. To the Third Rank Divine, the Fourth Rank no longer seemed unattainable, while for those at the Fifth Rank, the Sixth Rank, and even the Seventh Rank, as glorious as the Historical Star, were not unreachable dreams.

It’s like rain falling on both the just and the unjust.

Thinking of this, the rational Fairy Queen could not help but shudder.

She had learned from the histories recited by Angel Schiller that the appearance of the Ancient Language gave mortals the ability to harness Divine Power. Living thousands of years after the appearance of the Ancient Language, Sofia could not appreciate the radical changes it brought.

But now, as she heard of the coming of the Ancient Word Temple, it dawned on her that the torrents of time were about to rush toward the whole world, transforming everything that once was, entirely.

What would the Path God had created bring to the people?

Sofia did not know. She was, after all, just one of the people.
