Chapter 353 - 310: Civil War Among the Gods (Additional 2-in-1)
The Mortal World was collapsing.
Destruction was thorough and cruel; tens of thousands of city-states were engulfed in the flames of war, the Star Dome above was filled with vultures ready to feast and crows signaling death. People harbored anger towards each other, no longer concealing their desires of yore, wantonly squandering them into oblivion, sending the Mortal World from one collapse to another.
The Divine led by Dragon God Endora instigated various disputes; their calamities incited mankind to slaughter one another.
Finally, when a Divine intent on stopping Endora had his soul and stars shattered, Kagawus could no longer sit idly by. Taking up the mantle of Prophetic God, He called upon all Divines of the Celestial Kingdom to join forces in a campaign against Endora, the scourge of the Star Dome and Mortal World.
A war between Divines was about to erupt.
Looking down from on high, the throngs of mortals resembled dust on the earth, but from below, the stars in the night sky were as numerous as grains of sand.
The Divines had finally cast aside the semblance of order they once doggedly defended. Regardless of whether they were perceived as Good Gods or evil entities by mortals, all would be drawn into the civil strife of the Country of Divines.
Endora released Fire God Ninur, who was once imprisoned for violating the order of the Country of Divines and was meant to be under watch for ten thousand years. But now, order had crumbled with the closure of the Golden Hall, and what once would be considered a sin was no longer a sin, and punishment could no longer be viewed as such.
Kagawus’s prestige among the Gods amassed the largest faction. Divine such as Winter God Skadi and Flower God Aurora, who revered the old order, rallied to fight for Him, even the Fifth Rank Divine Mirror God Minor joined the cause of this Fourth Rank Divine.
