Chapter 96 - 88: Meeting of Two Races (Available Tomorrow)
This area was a vast oasis, where flocks of migratory birds could be seen flying overhead, and tender green grass rooted in clumps across the desert, with patches of ground not being contiguous but rather independent from each other.
In the oasis, various small beasts could be spotted, and upon seeing any human figure, they immediately fled without a trace.
The outline of the temple became clear, and Basel carefully sized it up.
This temple was constructed from huge stones and boulders, the stone walls adorned with various colored paintings. Perhaps due to the limited capabilities of the Three-eyed Ape People, the temple was not capped and was in a semi-open state.
Before Logos’s people had stepped into that temple, they saw those Three-eyed Ape People.
Basel scrutinized the group; their appearances were similar to the people of Logos, hairless except for the hair on their heads and beards, and their bodies covered in dense brownish fur which resembled that of apes but was shorter.
They were not very tall, a head shorter than the people of Logos, yet they weren’t considered short, roughly equivalent to one and half times the height of a squatting gorilla.
The stuttering poet stared directly at the foreheads of the Three-eyed Ape People and indeed noticed a third eye, partially open.
"It is them, the Logos people who had come before!"
A female Three-eyed Ape People excitedly exclaimed.
They recognized the vanguard.
