In the room, many security personnel were busily working: clearing the scene, examining the body, and some were pulling up all the surveillance footage to start the analysis.
Two Caucasian men in uniforms markedly different from the rest of the security staff walked in. One was a skinny fellow nearly two meters tall, and the man beside him was only about one meter seventy, with a scholarly look, wearing thin-framed glasses, appearing as if he worked a nine-to-five office job at some major company.
"How’s it going?"
The tall man approached a security guard who was examining the body and asked quietly.
The security guard noticed the newcomer and immediately stood up, respectfully saying, "Mr. Gary."
Then, looking towards the other man with glasses: "Mr. Deng Er."
"He was originally one of our fighters. Because of his excellent skills, the boss promoted him to be part of his personal security," the security guard introduced.
Gary squatted down to inspect the body on the ground.
"His Adam’s apple took a heavy blow, and then his neck was twisted off... just like twisting a chicken’s neck—he didn’t have a chance to fight back..."
Gary quickly came to a conclusion, and Deng Er, standing on the side with glasses, furrowed his brows, "Adam’s apple? So it was a direct frontal hit, no other wounds?"
