’Demon King’ Jon stood shirtless, revealing his sharply defined muscles as he punched a heavy bag in the indoor room.
This was a place designated for an athlete’s warm-up, not particularly large, and Jon was alone in the room at the moment.
A few minutes later, someone entered through the door, sporting a short haircut—it was ’Lioness’ Amanda.
"Jon, it’s over, the Hua Country Team has made it to the finals."
Jon stopped, looking somewhat surprised, "The Hua Country Team?"
The American Team had finished their matches first, but the coach had instructed the players to stay and continue watching the match between the Hua Country Team and the Brazil Team. After all, one of them would be the American Team’s opponent in the final.
After watching the match between Wu Li and Silvar, Jon found the remaining matches uninteresting and thus came to the training room alone to punch the bag.
Amanda approached, "That’s right, the Hua Country Team, they won 4:3 against the Brazil Team. In the last round, that guy voluntarily dislocated his own arm. Pretty ruthless indeed."
Jon, with a hint of disdain, replied, "So what? In my opinion, the Hua Country Team isn’t even as good as the Brazil Team. Their advancing makes the finals even less interesting."
Having said that, he threw a fierce punch towards the heavy bag in front of him.
