Kailen activated the Asura Enlightenment Physique.
The moment he activated the Asura Enlightenment Physique , crimson runes begun to appear on his body.
The runes pulsed with deep crimson light ,as they travelled towards every area of his body from his head to his toe.
A deep crimson layer of skin started appearing on Kailen’s skin ,as if they had seeped out of the crimson runes .
When one looked closely ,they’d realize that the crimson layer of skin had appeared on every part of Kailen’s body, and the crimson ruins were still visible .
Finally , a single horn materialised into being on his forehead ,equally deep crimson in color.
An emotion of deep thirst for battle, and carnage, one that Kailen had never felt before boiled deeply within him ,filling him to the brim. He felt like he should tear everything apart and wreak havoc across territories and galaxies. Kailen revelled in the feeing, yet his strong will born from his goal for embarking on this journey of cultivation kept him sane.
"My goal is to stand at the peak of the universe so that no one can determine my fate and that of those I care about.If burning worlds become the only way to protect myself and those I love, so be it. If ending not only the life ,but the lives of innocents serving under someone who has crossed me, becomes the only way to prove a point that I am not someone to be trifled with, then so be it. However I will not become a brute without a conscience,controlled solely by instincts , killing without a cause-else I will end up not only losing myself ,but I will harm those I care about in addition"
The moment he repeated this to himself and reminded himself of his goal, his core reason for embarking on this journey, he did not lose himself in the feeling of carnage. However the feeling of carnage and battle he experienced , rather reinforced this belief further.
He felt like wreaking havoc , yet he was in control.
In simple words, Kailen had not lost himself.
Strength coursed through his being like never before, as a deep crimson malevolent glint flashed through his eyes . His deep ,dark abyss like hair had turned deep crimson as he floated on the air.
