Those who were fortunate enough to have received some of the Terror Repelling Devices were able to stop some diabolic beasts from attacking them,even to the point of using the devices to let the diabolic beasts run away from them .
Some mundane individuals were fortunate to be assisted by awakeners who came to their rescue, others were not so fortunate. Of course, these awakeners lost their lives in the process together with the individuals they were trying to save.
Even with the Terror Repelling Devices manned at the boarders of continents, cities and countries , ascendant level diabolic beasts started to appear , completely defyng the control of these devices.
These Terror Repelling Devices could not help the awakened and mundane people to fight against the diabolic beasts because Ascendant level terror repelling devices had not yet been made.
