’’What ingredients?’’ Kailen was shocked
’’Can’t blame yourself since you are new. I forgot to tell you yesterday, we are supposed to present some ingredients for the potion class today’’
Kailen now understood from Arrie’s words what the instructor meant.
’’I heard there is a new recommendation student here. I hope you brought your ingredients. If not, you will leave my class this very instant, and have a large number of student credits deducted from you’’ The tall female instructor glanced at Kailen as she spoke, indicating that she was referring to him.
’’Her intentions are evil. It’s likely that the HOD of the potion hall has instigated her to make life difficult for me’’ Kailen mused inwardly.
A familiar male voice suddenly resounded in the lecture hall.
’’Instructor, I don’t think it’s fair for the new student to be thrown out of the lecture hall. After all, he was not around at the time of the previous class, so I am sure he is not aware of the instruction concerning the ingredients. I have a better proposition’’
Everybody at the lecture hall looked at Hugh Ass in shock. Why was he defending the guy that beat him to a pulp a few days earlier. Was he crazy?
The instructor’s gaze lingered on Hugh for a few seconds, then she responded ’’Usually I would walk someone out for interrupting my class, however since you are the best student of my subject and this is your first time doing this, I will make an exception and listen to what you have to say’’
