Chapter 10: R-18 / CH 010: What’s that feeling?
"What just happened?" Was the question on everyone's mind.
The air was thick with stunned silence as the words echoed through their minds.
Even Simbi's eyes had widened in astonishment, her gaze fixed on Ajax's crumpled form. This was way unexpected.
Dave examined his hands, a mix of curiosity and surprise etched on his face. Despite holding back, his attack's devastating result had exceeded his expectations. His heart raced with exhilaration, craving another test of strength. He was hungry for a new challenge.
Though, he had trained in martial arts while in middle school, his interest was thus diverted when he was invited to a swimming pool club in high school. He had attacked Ajax based on his little idea of fighting, but his strength had brought out a devastating result.
The group of five that were discussing earlier couldn't believe what they had just witnessed. They stood aghast, with mouths agape, struggling to process the sudden turn of events. Their earlier skepticism was now replaced with a stunned disbelief.
"What have we just witnessed?" one asked, incredulous.
"Unbelievable!" another echoed.
Their eyes remained fixed on Ajax's motionless form, then shifted to Dave, reassessing his capabilities.
