The so-called Global Ladder, one of the three rankings set by ADC, is placed below the Heavenly King and Legendary ranks but receives the most attention.
The eligibility for the Global Ladder has only two restrictions, one is being under 50 years old, and the second is being below Legendary.
Any Mutant from any country or region in the world, if strong enough, can be ranked, with a total of 10,000 persons. To some extent, these 10,000 are the emerging forces of the globe. The higher the ranking, the stronger the power, and the higher the possibility of ascending to Legendary status.
Though 10,000 spots seem plentiful, they actually only represent a very small percentage.
Merely within the Asia-Pacific Community, there are 150,000 Super Mutants, and together with other countries’ Super Mutants, the total might exceed 500,000!
Only one out of fifty Super Mutants can make it onto the Global Ladder.
