"Dad." Shen Siyuan called out.
Shen Jianjun steadied the car and just nodded at him, his expression serious and unsmiling.

"Two chickens, and some eggs. You’re visiting Grandma this afternoon, take these to her," Shen Jianjun said.

Shen Jianjun and his wife had tried to have her live with them, but after a while, she couldn’t get used to it and insisted on returning, claiming she was still fit enough to take care of herself and would only live with them when she truly couldn’t move in bed.
