Chapter 7 : Oliver & Oliver II

’Sigh. Why did I give [True Eye] to Oliver?’ Van thought.
[True Eye] is the ability that Oliver gained due to his Aurelius lineage.
[True Eye] allows one to see the true nature of the world.
At the moment, Oliver’s [True Eye] can only detect the aura of a person.
For example, Oliver can detect whether someone is good or evil through the color of their aura, which is either black or white.
The whiter a person’s aura, the better they are, and vice versa.
However, there are also other mixed colors apart from black and white. These other colors reflect a person’s emotions.
For instance, blue indicates sadness, red indicates anger, and other colors show different emotions.
In the original novel, Oliver saw Van’s aura as black.
Because of this, Oliver was always frightened when looking at Van and could never become close to him.
However, Van, being reincarnated, might have a different aura in Oliver’s [True Eye].
