Martial Cultivator

Chapter 1051: Don't Want to Die

Countless snow-white true dragons charged together toward that towering dharma idol. Though the sight was incomparably magnificent, when all was said and done, it was simply the result of someone slashing out with his saber again and again.

The true dragons were manifestations of saber qi.

The towering dharma idol lowered its gaze indifferently toward the young human martial artist, who was as insignificant as a grain of dust beneath it. As a Fuyun great demon, one so rare that none had emerged for ages, its status was exalted beyond compare. It could be said that aside from the Demon Emperor, this great demon stood above every other demon who had yet to step into the Fuyun Realm.

After cultivating in seclusion for centuries, paying no attention to worldly affairs, its cultivation had naturally become unfathomable. Even as it sensed the overwhelming saber qi surging skyward, the Fuyun great demon remained unmoved. Before coming here, it had heard a few things - that this young human martial artist had reached the Fuyun Realm before the age of thirty and was one of the world's most extraordinary figures.

But no matter how extraordinary he was, could a young man not yet thirty years old possibly compare to its centuries of painstaking cultivation? If that wasn't a joke, then what was?

So, when faced with those so-called true dragons, that Fuyun great demon merely extended one enormous hand and brought it crashing down.

Vast clouds of demonic qi gathered into its palm before descending. As the pitch-black demonic clouds pressed downward, it seemed as though heaven and earth themselves had been compressed.

In truth, though this Fuyun great demon's movement appeared casual, it contained an incomparably terrifying flow of demonic qi. Great demons who had cultivated to this realm possessed an unparalleled mastery over demonic qi. As its hand descended, it instantly formed a pocket world, drawing those snow-white true dragons into it. Then, through the circulation of demonic qi within that world, the true dragons seemed to come under invisible pressure. Layer after layer of unseen demonic qi compressed them from all directions, and within moments, several of the true dragons shattered.

Yet what the eye could see was that, after the true dragons broke apart, the snow-white qi scattered in every direction without any discernible pattern. Within that newly created pocket world, they carved countless crisscrossing ravines.
