Donnie was very clear that, even without his involvement, General Electric could normally develop into one of the world’s largest electrical companies. Given that this is the case, he felt no need to formulate a development plan for General Electric at this moment.
Allowing it to continue on its originally designated path is the best arrangement for General Electric.
