"Governor, you should know that Donnie never speaks without serious intent on such major issues!" Helen said gravely.
"Of course I know that!" Edwards replied, "But I believe in Mr. Block, though it doesn’t mean the entire New Jersey populace will. People have a rebellious psychology, and I also believe the businesses behind these radium products will certainly make an issue of this.
I’ve even heard that some members of the Democratic Party are gathering these people together!"
Helen said, "That’s their business, we just need to focus on our own agenda!"
Though Helen spoke calmly, Edwards also understood that Helen had already made up her mind about this issue, and no one could change it.
