The only thing that left Antonio Carmona somewhat helpless was that Donnie didn’t tell him how Donnie would make the Portuguese people stop believing in their current government.

Donnie waved his hand and smiled, "General Carmona, before we discuss this matter, I think we should first agree on what benefits we can obtain once you become the President of Portugal?"

Antonio Carmona knew that if he wanted the support of the United States, he would certainly have to pay some price, a decision he had already made in his heart long ago.

Donnie said, "Three conditions. First, I want to acquire the Central Bank of Portugal, meaning that from now on, the boss of the Central Bank of Portugal will be Venus Bank!
