the statement from Warburg Company has still been released. Although everyone knew that Warburg Company would surely make a statement regarding the acquisition by Four-Sided Investment, they couldn’t help but grumble when they saw Warburg Company’s statement, as it wasn’t what they wanted to see!

At the beginning of the statement, Warburg Company’s stance was unsurprising; everyone expected that Warburg Company wouldn’t be willing to see themselves being acquired.
What everyone anticipated was that the following content of the statement should indicate Warburg Company proposing an appropriate price to counter the acquisition move by Four-Sided Investment, regarding purchasing Warburg Company’s stock.
However, in the subsequent declaration, Warburg Company did not say so but instead listed its investments, which included shares in General Dynamics, Pennsylvania Railroad Company, Southern Pacific Railroad Company, Bethlehem Steel Corporation, Kennecott Copper Corporation, and Westinghouse.
At the same time, Warburg Company also listed their real estate investments over more than a year in Florida and their two hotels in Atlantic City.
