Chapter 302: You Do Your Thing, I’ll Feed You
Julia Land got up in the morning, had a little breakfast, and with no appetite, put down her chopsticks.
"Mr. Thompson, I’m off to the company, it’s up to you to feed the ducks today."
James Thompson, seeing her eat only a few bites, also put down his chopsticks, "I’ll drive you to work today, and on the way back, I’ll stop by to get a haircut."

The two went upstairs to change into their outdoor clothes.

Julia Land nodded, "Okay."
James Thompson went to the backyard and looked at the ducks, seemingly hearing his daughter’s joyful babble while feeding them in his ears.
That warm memory stirred a pang of heartache inside him.
He skillfully took the feed and placed it in a small bowl, watching the ducks eat with delight.
The sunlight fell on his salt-and-pepper hair, and his tall figure looked particularly refined yet lonely in the morning light.
