Chapter 269: You’re Not in Love
On the drive back to the hotel from the hospital,
Julia Land felt somewhat exhausted.
She messaged Isaac and Max to explain that due to her injury, she wouldn’t be able to go out with them tomorrow.
Tyler Hughes dropped Julia Land off at her room, "Boss, call me if you need anything."
Julia Land nodded, "Mhm, thank you."
As Tyler Hughes turned to leave the room, he saw James Thompson standing at the door about to knock.
James Thompson nodded at Tyler Hughes and then entered the room.
Although Tyler Hughes really wanted to close the door and prevent James Thompson from entering, he knew he couldn’t do that.
Julia Land was somewhat surprised to see James Thompson enter, "Max told you?"
James Thompson nodded, "Yeah."
He walked over and crouched down to look at her knee; the man looked focused. The doctor had already bandaged it, so the wound was not visible.
