Chloe Sullivan was anxiously waiting in the living room for Madame Bell to return.
As soon as Madame Bell entered, Chloe rushed to greet her, but seeing Madame Bell’s displeased expression, her heart sank.
"Talking to Julia Land is futile," Madame Bell frowned, "We should try to fight for Eleanor and William’s custody."
Chloe gave a bitter smile and said in a low voice, "Uncle Thompson, he won’t agree."
Madame Bell sighed, patted Chloe’s hand, and comforted her, "Let’s try. James has never played the role of a good father. We can use this point, find a lawyer, fight a lawsuit, and there might be a turnaround."
Madame Bell’s words gave Chloe some foundation.
Actually, Chloe knew the Thompson Family would never let her take away the twins, considering that, technically, she was just a surrogate, and their real parents were already deceased.
Right now, all Chloe had to do was to show Madame Bell that she wanted the twins back, "Okay, we’ll give the lawsuit a try."
Madame Bell sighed, went to freshen up, and after coming downstairs, she had time to talk with Chloe slowly.
