After coming out from the restaurant, Serena Summers received a call from Dean Carter, saying Leonard Kee had already woken up.
Serena, having eaten her fill, leaned back against the passenger seat, gazing resentfully at the roof of the car, "I’m sleepy..."
She sighed deeply, her entire demeanor listless, her eyes staring blankly as if she could fall asleep any second.

What was meant to be a journey of just a few minutes, he deliberately extended to half an hour.
